How to do Phone Provisioning

if using our Hosted VoIP PBX please read the below notes regarding Provisioning

Yealink
If using Yealink Phones please ensure you change the default https to http on the start of the Provisioning URL

Example:

https://pbx-01.it-communicationsltd.co.uk/pbx/autoprovision/sSYrjyLAXQeEVzdc/ would need to be http://pbx-01.it-communicationsltd.co.uk/pbx/autoprovision/sSYrjyLAXQeEVzdc/

Snom
If using Snom Phones please ensure you add {mac}.xml at the end of the Provisioning URL

Example:
https://pbx-01.it-communicationsltd.co.uk/pbx/autoprovision/sSYrjyLAXQeEVzdc/ would need to be http://pbx-01.it-communicationsltd.co.uk/pbx/autoprovision/sSYrjyLAXQeEVzdc/{mac}.xml


Cisco
If using Cisco Phones please ensure you add /$MA.xml at the end of the Provisioning URL

Example:
http://pbx-01.it-communicationsltd.co.uk/pbx/autoprovision/sSYrjyLAXQeEVzdc/ would need to be http://pbx-01.it-communicationsltd.co.uk/pbx/autoprovision/sSYrjyLAXQeEVzdc/$MA.xml

Additioanal Notes:
sSYrjyLAXQeEVzdc at the end part of the url will change per phone to help keep the system secure.
