Yealink BLF Key Setup Guide

Step 1> Login to the PBX Control panel and select Provisioning and Button Layout as pictured below.

Step 2> You should see the below page "example" Please select "New Button Layout" from the far right as pictured below.

Step 3> You should now see the below screen.

[Name]

In the first field "Name". You can give this any name you like to identify which phone you wish to apply for it to for example.

[code]

In second field "Code" This MUST always be set to flexkey without any spaces

[start]

In the third field "Start" This is the button start position.

For example the Yealink T26 features 3 Line buttons next to the screen. with 10 Buttons to the right of the phone.

You need to set the start value to be 4 which actually relates to the first button (1 of 10 to the right of the phone BLF Keys as pictured above.

[End] in the forth field "End" This is the button last position. so in the above case with a T26, this would be 13 giving you a total of 10 Programmable buttons.

So now you should have a screen looking like below

Please click save

Step 4> - You should now see a screen looking like below

Please click on Auto-provision Values.

you will then see a window as pictured below

Type [16 for BLF and 13 for Speed Dial]

Parameter - for BLF enter the Extension number that you wish to monitor or for speed dial please enter the full phone number without no names

Label: This can be any name of your liking.

Account: This is the account used for the outbound call. Normally set to 1

Extension: or BLF enter the Extension number that you wish to monitor or for speed dial please enter the full phone number without no names

so you should now have something like as below picture

now scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save.

Step 4> To apply the new Key Layout to the phones. Follow the below steps

Select from the main PBX Configuration Menu > Provisioning > Phones

now you will see a screen that looks like below screenshot.

click the name of the extension that you would like to apply the new button layout too. in this example the one i have named T46 Ben at the bottom of the above picture.

You will now see a screen that looks like the below screenshot.

you will see a drop down select box for the Option "Button Layouts" with the new layout called T26 Ben.

Simply select the desired option from the list so it add underneath the option as pictured above.

Now click Save and reboot your phone or wait up to 60 minutes for this to be applied automatically.
