Firewall Rules to Allow for I.T Communications VoIP Accounts

Customers who wish to secure their firewalls and only allow VoIP traffic to and from our VoIP Network, Please ensure the below ports are allowed on your firewall from the below IP Addresses range and Port Numbers.

 IP Addresses Range:
185.131.8.0/22

Port Numbers:
udp / 5060:5061 and 5080
udp / 1024:65534


Please ensure SIP ALG is disabled and any UDP Flood Protection is set to at least 20,000 packets per second. Disable or increase values if you notice audio issues.
