The LOA must be completed and signed by the end user who is authorised to approve the transfer of the telephone numbers from the current provider.

Once the LOA has been signed, please log in to our customer portal: https://portal.it-communicationsltd.co.uk/

After logging in:

1. Open the Number Porting module.
2. Click New Port Order.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Upload the signed LOA when prompted.

Once submitted, the portal will automatically process your request and submit it to the current provider for validation.

You will be able to track the progress of the port order directly through the portal, and automated updates will be provided throughout the process.
